Cancellation / No Show Policy
Last minute cancellations (24 hours or less), or no shows will result in a charge of up to 50% of the services booked, due to loss of income for the service provider. All service fees must be paid before being able to rebook for future services. I reserve the right to block or cancel services for clients who have not taken care of their service fee.
Grace Period Policy
There is a 10min grace period, if you arrive 11min or more late to your appointment time and there is not enough time to complete your service you will be charged the cancellation fee and have to reschedule. I understand emergencies happen and things come up, please text me immediately if this happens.
Cycle Policy
ou can still get waxed on your cycle, as long as you have a tampon or menstrual cup in during the service. If you decide to cancel because of your cycle please keep in the mind that the cancellation fee still applies.
Payment Methods
All appointments must be made through the website and require a card on file to book. Accepted payment forms include; Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay & Cash.
